葡萄酒狀況
客人於收取貨品時必需檢查所訂購之貨品， 所有提供的葡萄酒的所有葡萄酒的液面都是處於頂部或更好的，除非另有說明或照片。儘管我們努力尋找最佳狀態的葡萄酒，但客戶必須適應舊葡萄酒的耗損，狀況，標籤 和酒塞的自然變化，包括葡萄酒塞軟化。 我們不接受任何換貨及退款要求。
Wine Conditions
The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery. Ullages (Level of Wine) of all wines offered are top shoulder or better unless otherwise stated and/or per photos. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines. We do not accept exchange or refund for wines.
